Blue Heron Room. (Conference Room #1) Capacity: 104.
$50 per hour

Fern Room. (Conference Room #2) Capacity: 12
$25 per hour

Evergreen Room. (Conference Room #3) Capacity: 50.
$50 per hour

Kitchen. Commercial kitchen facilities.
$50 per hour

Equipment included in room rental. Banquet tables, folding chairs, video projector, PA system, podium available upon request

Day park. Day park behind the Community Center is available for weddings and other outdoor events. Call for availability and rates.

Parking lot. Main lot and south auxiliary lot are available for outdoor events. Call for availability and rates.

SR3 Reader Board Rental Rates.
$15.00 each day, each side -- Monday through Thursday.
$40.00 per side -- Friday through Sunday.
The reader board is changed weekdays during regular office hours. Holidays are billable days. All Friday messages remain up through Sunday and will be billed at the 3-day rate. Reader board may be rented no more than 7 consecutive days for each booking. See Theler Policy 1180.

Exhibit Center.
Theler Center welcomes field trips to our wetlands. If you would like to schedule a field trip, please call the Theler Center office at 360-275-4898 or email theler@hctc.com.

Trails.
Trails are open every day, dawn to dusk. No admission charge for use of the trail system. Walk at your own risk.
